Thank you for visiting the Construction Safety Council’s (CSC) Web site and reviewing our privacy statement. CSC is strongly committed to maintaining the privacy of your personal information and the security of our computer systems. With respect to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, CSC makes every effort to ensure compliance with applicable federal laws.

The CSC does not collect personally identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us. The information we receive depends upon what you do when visiting our site. In some cases, personal information is required for purposes of creating certificates and recording training accomplishments.

If you respond to an online request for personal information:
Generally, the information requested by CSC will be used to respond to your inquiry or to provide you with the service associated with the request, i.e. generation of certificates showing proof of course completion.

If you visit our web site to receive on-line course complete certificates, the following information will be recorded:

• The date and time you access our site
• The length of time you took to complete the lesson
• The results of the final test score
• Your name
• Company name
• Job title
• Email address

In addition to the above, you will be asked to provide a password that will allow you to exit and re-enter the program to complete it at a later date.

The CSC does not store any cookies on client’s machines, nor does CSC store or record any IP addresses.
