| Mast Climbing Work Platforms (MCWP’s) are fast becom-ing the tool of the trade for masons, stucco specialists and an ever-growing array of construction trades. In the last three years however, there have been a number of accidents, resulting in serious injuries and fatalities. As the use of this type of access equipment gathers pace, it’s important that contractors, regula-tors and end-users understand the complexities of the product, the principles of safe use, and their responsibilities under current legislation and guidance.
