The construction industry has not been able to take advantage of the benefits of VPP participation, mainly due to eligibility requirements since VPP was originally designed for fixed workplaces. OSHA has crafted a program we believe will maintain VPP’s high performance standards while, at the same time, respond to the industry’s unique needs.
